Tempered glass of the same thickness has an impact strength that is 3 to 5 times that of ordinary glass, and a bending strength that is 3 to 5 times that of ordinary glass. Tempered glass has good thermal stability and can withstand a temperature difference three times that of ordinary glass, with a temperature variation of 300 ℃.
